The 40th Annual Florida Cattlemen’s Institute & Allied Trade Show is scheduled for Tuesday, January 24th, 2023. It’s set to be held at the Okeechobee Agri-Civic Center in Okeechobee, FL. The institute and trade show is supported by the University of Florida’s Institute of Food and Agricultural Sciences’ (UF/IFAS) Extension and the National Cattlemen’s Beef Association. Early registration for $5 is open until January 20th, then it is $10 until the day of the event. Attendees will receive lunch and a Beef Quality Assurance (BQA) certificate in addition to admittance to the trade show and the day’s informational sessions.
