Attend Turf Seminars

The Florida Turfgrass Association is holding Turf Seminars in February and March for education and CEUs.

Florida landscapers, golf course managers, and more should attend the Turf Seminars offered by the Florida Turfgrass Association in February and March. According to the Florida Turfgrass Association website, “These seminars provide local educational programs on topics such as pest and disease, weeds, BMPs, regulatory issues, safety and pesticide usage. Seminar attendees include lawn care and landscape professionals, golf course superintendents, as well as parks, recreation and sports turf managers.” See the details below.

-2/12/2025: FTGA Plant City Turf Seminar. Location: Plant City, Florida  

-2/13/2025: FTGA Ft. Myers Turf Seminar. Location: Ft. Myers, Florida 

-2/26/2025: FTGA Tallahassee Turf Seminar. Location: Tallahassee, Florida  

-2/27/2025: FTGA St. Augustine Turf Seminar. Location: St. Augustine, Florida  

-3/4/2025: FTGA Lake Worth Turf Seminar. Location: Lake Worth, Florida  

-3/6/2025: FTGA Port St. Lucie Turf Seminar, Location: Port St. Lucie, Florida  

-3/18/2025: FTGA Orlando Turf Seminar. Location: Orlando, Florida  

-3/19/2025: FTGA Ocala Turf Seminar. Location: Ocala, Florida  

What:

These seminars “will provide local education on topics such as pest and diseases, weeds, BMPs, regulatory issues, safety and pesticide usage. Attendees will receive CEUs from FDACS, FNGLA and GCSAA and are distributed at the endof the seminar.”

The cost is $50 per person for FTGA members and $80 per person for non-members.
